Like the Planning Commission, the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) is a non-political five member body, plus one alternate, comprised of residents and other stakeholders. One member of the ZBA is also a member of the Planning Commission. The ZBA is responsible for hearing appeals on administrative decisions, requests for interpretation of the Zoning Ordinance, dimensional and other non-use variances, and use variances.
