2021 ROAD MILLAGE WORK
The first road to be resurfaced this year will be Clarkston Road (Beginning April 19th) from Sashabaw Road to the Orion Township border. Eston Road from Clarkston to Algonquin closure starting June 1. Closed at culvert June 16-17. Flemings and Walters Road closure starting June 21.
Independence Township will be selling Oakland County dog licenses until the end of the day on June 1. Starting on June 2, licenses are considered delinquent and will need to be purchased from Oakland County. Also starting on June 2, Oakland County Animal Shelter will begin their annual dog census.
